Launching of Capacity.org, Issue 17, "Evaluating Capacity Development"
The articles in this issue of Capacity.org are based on a book authored by
the Evaluating Capacity Development (ECD) project's participants, to be
published jointly by the International Service for National Agricultural
Research (ISNAR), the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and
the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation ACP-EU (CTA) in
