Seminar speaker: Mr. Vincent Williams

Mr. Vincent Williams is based at Idasa (the Institute for Democracy in South Africa) and is the South African Project Manager of the Southern African Migration Project (SAMP).

He has been involved in migration policy processes in South Africa and in the region since 1997 and has written extensively on various issues related to migration.

Together with several other organisations and individuals, he was part of the initiative that established the Migration Dialogue for Southern Africa (MIDSA) process, a forum that encourages and promotes inter-governmental collaboration on cross-border migration within SADC.
