Mr Jacob van Garderen holds the B.Com and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria. He is currently co-ordinating the Refugee Rights project at lawyers for Human Rights. The Refugee Rights Project is involved in various activities to protect the human rights of undocumented migrants, asylum seekers and refugees in South Africa.
