Dr. Bonaventure Rutinwa is a graduate of the Universities of Dar Es Salaam; Queen’s, Canada and Oxford, England. He holds among other qualifications, a doctorate in international law from the University of Oxford. Presently, he is a senior lecturer in the faculty of law at the University of Dar Es Salaam. He has also been a consultant on humanitarian policy to several organisations including UNHCR, OAU and the Commonwealth Secretariat.
